Quick answer
Choose by the task and application area first. HX-01 is an external skin-hygiene mist; HX-03 offers targeted external wiping; HX-02 is for environmental surfaces, not animals. EXOCARE is an oral and skin-care gel used after appropriate cleaning and has no antimicrobial properties. You do not need all four for every pet or every routine.

Start with the problem, not the bottle
- Ordinary dirt on comfortable, intact skin: a soft damp cloth may be sufficient. Add a suitable product only when it serves a real need.
- A dirty carrier or feeding-area surface: use an environmental cleaning routine, not a skin product.
- A painful, swollen, bleeding or discharging area: contact a veterinarian before choosing a home-care product.
- Recurring itching, hair loss or ear symptoms: ask what is causing them. Hygiene alone does not diagnose allergy, parasites or infection.
For example, a cat's black-speckled chin, dark ear debris and a small bite puncture call for different decisions. The same word—“clean”—does not make their care interchangeable.
HX-01: mist or clean-pad application
The current HX-01 page lists purified water and hypochlorous acid. Directions permit spraying the intended area or applying to a clean cotton pad, then air drying or gently wiping away excess, daily as needed. Cats are explicitly included in the product's suitability statement.

HX-03: a targeted wipe, not a universal antiseptic
The current directions say to use one pad gently, air dry and not rinse. It is for external use; avoid eyes. Respect the printed cautions about ears and deep wounds. “Around the mouth and chin” describes outside skin, not gums, the tongue or mouth ulcers.
Do not let a pet chew the pad. Close the tub after use so the remaining pads do not dry out. If a veterinarian has prescribed another topical product, ask whether HX-03 belongs in that routine rather than layering products by assumption.
HX-02: keep surface care separate
HX-02 lists dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and hexamethylene biguanide in its formulation. Its directions advise removing visible debris, applying to the desired surface, then air drying or wiping with a clean cloth. It is for external surface use only—not skin, paws or oral care.
The public directions do not provide a validated pathogen-specific disinfection contact time or an explicit no-rinse food-contact-sanitiser claim. For those needs, obtain the exact instructions and appropriate efficacy claim rather than inventing a time. In particular, do not assume it eradicates ringworm contamination. Keep pets away during use and follow the pack's precautions.
EXOCARE: care after cleaning
EXOCARE contains cell-free conditioned medium from canine umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells. It contains no live stem cells, and conditioned medium is not a purified exosome preparation. Its directions describe a small amount after appropriate cleaning, for labelled care areas; outer ears do not include the canal.
Manufacturer-reported sterility does not mean the gel disinfects tissue, nor that an opened tube remains sterile. It must not seal a deep or infected wound or replace treatment. A shorter routine is often easier to use correctly
Pick the necessary step, follow its label and observe the response. Do not mix products, transfer them into unlabelled containers or assume a standard sequence suits every condition.
