Due to the nature of pet food, treats and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used or is no longer in its original condition.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection or refusal of delivery once an order has been processed.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at hello@treatprotocol.co within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit or refund.
Eligibility for Review
To be eligible for review, the item must be:
- Reported within 3 days of delivery
- Unused, where applicable
- In its original packaging
- Supported with clear photos of the issue

Every pet is different. Treat Protocol Co. cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every pet.
Please read the product description, ingredients and feeding directions carefully before purchase. If your pet has allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or is on a restricted diet, please consult your veterinarian before use.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
