What is the difference between RX and HX?
RX Treats are functional treat and reward products for dogs. They are organised by reward type, texture and use case.
HX Care products are hygiene and care products for pets and their environment, including skin support and environmental hygiene.
Are RX Treats complete meals?
No. RX Treats are treats and rewards. They are not complete and balanced meals.
Feed in moderation as part of your pet’s overall diet.
Are RX Treats single ingredient?
Most current RX Treats are single-ingredient products. Please check each product page for the full ingredient list before purchase.
Are the treats suitable for puppies?
Most RX Treats are suitable for puppies over 12 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Always supervise feeding and choose a size and texture appropriate for your puppy.
My dog has allergies. Can I use these treats?
Please check the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
If your dog has known allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions or is under veterinary care, consult your veterinarian before introducing a new treat.
Are HX Care products suitable for cats?
Some HX Care products are suitable for both dogs and cats. Please check each product page for species suitability and directions for use.
Do the products contain fragrance or essential oils?
HX-01 and HX-03 are designed without added fragrance or essential oils.
Always refer to the product page and label for the most accurate ingredient information.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier capacity, public holidays or operational periods.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@treatprotocol.co.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of pet food, treats and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used or is no longer in its original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@treatprotocol.co.
Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
